1. Keep your messages up-to-date

The Messages tab in MICE gives you all client communication in one neat overview. But it only works if you actually keep it clean. Reply quickly or mark messages as handled once you’ve taken care of them. That way, you won’t discover days later that a group is still waiting for your reply.

2. Expired quotes? Get rid of them

Nothing screams chaos like an overview full of outdated proposals. Take a moment in this calm period to clear them out. Not current anymore? Decline them. That way, you’re left with the real opportunities and instantly know which requests deserve your focus.

3. Use tasks and personal to-do’s
