Enjoy Today combines several functions under one roof. Companies really appreciate that,” says Nicolas, manager at Enjoy Today. “Many of our clients have been returning for years. From scattered emails to one complete overview
That personal approach starts with the first enquiry. Creating proposals used to take a lot of time because no two stays were ever the same. Since switching to MICE Operations in 2018, the team works much faster and more clearly. “MICE is very user-friendly,” says Nicolas. “With just a few clicks, a complete proposal is ready. That gives us more time for the personal service our clients keep coming back for.”

Most enquiries still come in via email, but behind the scenes the team works entirely within MICE. “Once we know what the client needs, I put everything together in MICE. Our templates are ready to go, so creating a full proposal takes no more than 10 minutes.”
The era of PDFs is over
The next step is switching to MICE’s interactive proposals. “We’re currently building new templates. It’s a very intuitive way of working, and the days of PDF attachments are really gone. With interactive proposals, clients can make choices more easily. It fits much better with how companies work and plan today,” Nicolas explains.
