First, create a trial account. You can try MICE free for 14 days and there are no strings attached. After activation you instantly get access to your own account. We’ve added some examples to get you up and running. After the trial period, your account can be upgraded to a full MICE account, while maintaining your data of course.
Choosing annual payment over monthly payment, you’ll save 10%. Your subscription will be billed per year in advance. With monthly payment, you’re able to cancel every month. With annual payment this is every year.
Yes, upgrading during your subscription period is always possible. Contact us via email or chat and we’ll get it sorted for you straight away. You’ll receive an invoice for the additional costs during the remaining months of your contract and in most cases you’ll be able to start using your new (upgraded) plan within a day.
You can cancel anytime you want, but the subscription will be terminated only at the end of every billing period. If you pay annually, you can use MICE Operations until the end of your year, and with monthly payment until your contract runs out at the end of the month. We recommend using the trial period to see if MICE Operations is the right fit for your business.
Of course it’s possible to get started setting up your account yourself, but we also offer a company setup and training service. For € 1.350 excl. VAT we set up your account for you and we provide an online training for your team. Most organisations have completed the switch to MICE Operations within a week.
